TOXIC RELATIONSHIP IN COMPUS

Toxic means very harmful or unpleasant in a persive or insidious way.

Relatioship means the way in which two or more people or things are connected.

Therefore toxic relationship is the campanionship between people who dont support each other, where there is a conflict and one seeks to undermine the other.

Ernest Hemingway once said, "the most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving some one too much and forgeting that you are special too.

The signs are always there. Pouse to allow your mind, heart and body to work together to inform you in all of your interpersonal relationship because we believe a heart- healthy relationship doesn't need projection.

Some signs of toxic relationship in campus is:-

Toxic people normal everything is about themselves. They might pretend to care about your feelings and openions but will always end up putting themselves first.

They are jealous or controlling. Does your partner constintly check your phone? This is a sign of not trasting you. This behaviour is often a results of their own insecuritus and compromises one of the most important foundation of any relationship- Trust.

Toxic people normaly isolate you from friend and family, some even feel trapped in relationship. This can quckly escalate to possessiveness causing you to spend less feeling isolated and lonely.
